The vendor will make themselves available in their booth, to the conference attendees during daily hours approximately 8-5pm.

The vendor should be setup and ready for business by 8:00 am on Friday, November 8 and may depart on Sunday, November 10, after 12pm.

Vendors are welcome to participate in other aspects of the conference such as the forging contest/challenge on Friday evening, the gallery, and the banquet and auction on Saturday evening.

FABA will not pay for any vendor related transportation expenses.
Logo & Description
Please provide a description of your business including a brief bio “about” info and LOGO for marketing purposes (under 200 words). A jpeg or png file is preferred at a print resolution at least 200dpi.
SITE
Standard vendor sites are 10 x 10 feet. A map including locations will be selected and distributed by October 8, 2024 once all confirmations and site specifics have been received. There is no electricity on site (the location is an open field), vendors are required to provide their own electricity via generator. Please indicate if you have any specific requirements.
Membership
You will receive a one-year membership as part of your participation. As a FABA Member you will be eligible for coverage under the FABA Events insurance policy. Details on the coverage can be furnished upon request. If you need to renew your membership or upgrade please visit the FABA Website.
Families
Ages 10-12 are only allowed to attend the Family Forge Class, with a parent. The ticket covers both the parent and the child. Ages 13-15 may take any class, but parent or guardian must be watching at the tent or in attendance in class. Ages 16-17 may take any class, parent must be on conference grounds, but do not have to be standing with the child.
