About the event
January's meeting will be Saturday, Jan. 20, at UnderGround Metal Works, 660 W. Kennedy Blvd., Maitland, FL. We will take the blanks we forged in December and everything we’ve learned to make punches, chisels, etc., as part of our “Fundamentals in Heat Treating for the Blacksmith” series. Please bring safety glasses. If you are able, please bring something for the potluck; cookies, chips, sodas, etc., are all welcome! We have plenty of extra stock to be forged out if you want to jump in, so don’t be shy and come on by.
